RECOMMENDED  VENDORS

Many of my couples do things their own way, and have amazing family + friends who chip in to help create wonderful elopements + weddings. But if you're coming from interstate or overseas, or you just need to be

pointed in the right direction, I have put together a list of fabulous people who I love working alongside,

to help make the planning process  a little less daunting.

—  CELEBRANTS  —

Your celebrant is one of the most important people at your nuptials - without them, you cannot get legally hitched.

I love working with the celebrants below; they write and deliver amazing and personal ceremonies, filled with belly laughs and tears. Each brings a different vibe and approach, so it's important to find the right one for you.

—  FLORALS  —

When it comes to florals, there are a few things to consider:

• There is currently a trend towards grasses in bouquets and arbours. Be sure to ask about sustainable grass choices. Pampas grass is a noxious weed, and when used, seeds spread everywhere, adding to the issue.

• Source flowers and foliage that is in season and locally grown - Lisa owns a sustainable flower farm at Woodbridge,

and Abigail sources what she uses from local farms, gardens and the roadside.

• Lisa Kingston has a market stall at Salamanca on Saturday mornings. If you are after something simple,

a single bouquet or you're making something yourself, pop down early and choose your own.
