Nina Hamilton Photography is doing its part to protect our clients and our community by following a COVID-Safe plan in Tasmania. I will be following current safe hygiene procedures and following current risk reduction plans. This plan applies to indoor and outdoor photography. Services may operate either indoors or outdoors with physical distancing being maintained at all times.

ENSURE PHYSICAL DISTANCING

All meetings will be held over the phone or via Skype/Zoom.
During photography, the 1.5 metre physical distancing rule will be followed.
Photography will only take place at a safe distance from other members of the public.

FACE MASK

It is currently mandated by the Tasmanian state government that face masks are worn in all indoor settings, except private residences. I (and any associate) will wear an N95 face mask at all times while photographing in both outdoor and indoor settings.

GOOD HYGIENE

All equipment used during the photo shoot will be cleaned and sanitised before and after the shoot.
Client/s and guests are not to handle any of the photographer's equipment.
The photographer/s will not be able to handle/carry/store any of the client’s personal belongings (ie phone, face masks, drink bottle, snacks etc)
Hand sanitiser will be carried by the photographer/s, and used regularly.

CONTACT TRACING

Records of all sessions will be kept including contact details of clients and any other supplier involved.
I ask that if anyone tests positive to COVID-19 after your wedding that you inform me at your earliest convenience so I may take a test.
In the event that I become unwell the week after the event, I will take a Rapid Antigen Test. I will advise the clients and vendors should the result be positive.
In the event that the client comes into contact with a person with COVID-19, they shall notify the Nina Hamilton Photography immediately and will not schedule a photography session until they have received a negative test result.

HEALTH

If I am feeling unwell, I will self-isolate and get tested immediately.
If I am suspected/confirmed to have COVID-19, I will isolate for the recommended time period, or until I return a negative test result.
If you or your partner are COVID-19 positive, we will postpone until you are both well enough for the wedding to proceed.
If any of your guests are not feeling well, they should not attend the wedding.

RAPID ANTIGEN TESTING

To keep you as safe as possible, I will be doing regular Rapid Antigen Tests.

In the event I am unable to attend your wedding due to the virus or the need to isolate, I have a network of amazing photographers that I would call upon to replace me on the day. All post-production will be done by me, so the final product would be consistent with my current work.
